Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome stable version #58.0.3029.110 and latest canary #60.0.3103.0 . Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Navigated to chrome://extensions 2. Clicked details of few extensions with hardware acceleration enabled. 3. Observed that the details dialog box opened without any issues and chrome also didn't hang. Could anyone from MTV-team please have a look into this issue as the issue may reproduce on Win-10 having intel 4 series display adapter and India team doesn't seem to have Win-10 machine with above specification. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV for further investigation. Thanks...!!

The problem I'm observing after windows 10 creators update on an intel graphics chipset series 4. some other problems like buttons in settings>sign-in does not work , submit buttons on websites like sbi etc do not work. folders in bookmark bar hangs sometime .. windows 10 shutdown button does not work etc. only if both h/w acceleration button enabled and the most recent display adapter driver installed for that chipset, which windows automatically does.
