What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable talkback on the Android device
(2) Visit http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com in chrome
(3) Click links #2 or #4 ("Should show a malware warning" and "Should show a malware warning due to a bad subresource")
(4) Click "details"
(5) Click "visit this unsafe site"

What is the expected result?
You should be able to visit the blocked page (a white page that says "Malware Page Example." or "Malware in iframe page example.").

What happens instead?
Stuck on the red interstitial

Additional info:
This does not happen for the phishing page (link #1). Clicking "visit this unsafe site" works as expected.
