Next, Previous, and reload bottoms are grayed out (but still work)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open google chrome 2. buttons are not visible 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? the 3 buttons normally located to the left of the URL are not showing up. they look grayed out as if there is not a page to go back to, or no need to reload. But even so if you click on them they will work. Only happening on my windows, when I open my account on another computer it works fine. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue on Windows 10 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.110 and issue is not observed and was able to see backward , forward and reload buttons on the browser. Attached screencast for reference. @manu.ermecheo-- Could you please restart the chrome browser and check if you can resproduce the issue consistently , please provide us the screencast of the issue, that would help us in traiging the issue better. Thanks!
