The setsize, posinset properties are not exposed on all treeitem objects

See example:
https://rawgit.com/w3c/aria-practices/master/examples/treeview/treeview-2/treeview-2b.html 

Some treeitems are on an <li>, and some are on <a>. It seems that the <a> treeitems don't get the aria-setsize, aria-posinset exposed, even though they are available in the markup.
