Is this SW or GPU? Do you have repro steps? I can't reproduce with --force-device-scale-factor=1.25 with either sw or gpu

I can reproduce it on my machine too with Chrome that comes with Goobuntu.
In about://gpu it says:
Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled.

I force the scale factor to 1.4 though.

Yep. It seems similar to that one.
Summary: Drawing artifacts at 1.4 scale factor on Linux (was: Drawing artifacts at 1.25 scale factor on Linux)
Turned out to be DSF 1.4. This is what Chrome is using by default on my workstation.
