cross refs partly not working

Issue description

e.g. on https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/WebKit/public/web/WebNode.h?l=88 it won't give you the override (in Source/web/WebNode.cpp)

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/components/autofill/content/renderer/password_autofill_agent.cc doesn't have cross refs at all

Thanks for the report. I can't reproduce the problem and this is probably due to the generation of Xrefs catching up. We've had a lot of these high Xref latency problems lately. We are working on how to speed things up (crbug/697786).

Please reopen the bug it the problem reappears.
