Issue descriptionI see "content_shell_test_apk.content_shell_test_apk failing on chromium.android/Lollipop Tablet Tester" (note the duplication of "content_shell_test_apk" at the beginning), AND "content_shell_test_apk failing on chromium.android/Lollipop Tablet Tester" (which seems correctly formatted). Looks like some kind of pattern matching is generating a spurious "content_shell_test_apk.content_shell_test_apk" report.

I see sheriff-o-matic-staging.appspot.com in the location field in this screenshot. Is this happening on prod or just staging? Staging may be several CLs behind prod, and sometimes has some experimental un-committed changes pushed to it.

Looks like it's happening on prod too, since I currently see "chrome_public_test_apk.chrome_public_test_apk failing on chromium.android/Marshmallow Tablet Tester" on https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/android. I didn't realize I was using the staging link, will use prod going forward.
