Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/141741222 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable Hardware Acceleration on Chrome 2. Go to any/most VODs on twitch.tv 3. Experience the slow motion / lag on videos What is the expected behavior? For videos to run smoothly What went wrong? Video is running in slow mo, then pauses, and catches up to the stream. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Disabling Hardware Acceleration fixes this.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 and Win-10 using chrome stable version #58.0.3029.110 and latest canary #60.0.3101.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Enabled Hardware Acceleration on Chrome 2. Navigated to https://www.twitch.tv/videos/141741222 3. Observed that video ran smoothly without any issues. fuxy191@ - Could you please check this issue on latest stable #58.0.3029.110 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. not repro on chrome 60.0.3112.7, turn on H/W decoding. No response from reporter@ for 20 days. |
