Chrome Does Not Open - Application Error Dialog

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome, error "The exception Illegal Instruction" error pops up. 
2. Chrome would then open and say "Aw snap". 
3. Wouldnt be able to browse to any sites. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
See attached, what happens when Chrome is double click. After that it would open but say "Aw Snap", would not be able to browse sites or chrome:\\ links. 

Crashed report ID: No

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 2008

Thanks for the response. I cannot get to that page. Is there any other log location where I can get it from?

ezshi87@ - Whenever crash of a tab or browser happens, then a crash id gets logged at chrome://crashes as in the attached screenshot.

Please try to navigate to chrome://crashes, to find the crash id. This will help us in triaging the issue further.
