Dear Chromium, I know now. The error happens because of Service Worker. Do you know why? Thank you Best regards, Albert

Fixed my Issue. Caused: Fetch API in Service Worker doesn't accept progress listener yet. So, I just bypass it. Thank you best regards, Albert

Is AJAX Progress Listener a third-party library? This sounds like an AJAX Progress Listener bug, not a Chrome bug.
