Non-Regression:Flickering is seen when clicked on Myntra home icon

Chrome Version:60.0.3100.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.myntra.com/
(2)Click continuously on Myntra icon in the top left and observe the menu bar.


Expected:No flickering should be seen when clicked on Myntra home icon

Actual:Flickering is seen when clicked on Myntra home icon

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-36.

NOTE: Issue is not seen in Firefox.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 60.0.3100.0.
Issue is not seen on Mac 10.12.4.
