popup asking to critical update of Chrome from https://chahjarmstrong.org

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Happens randomly
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Use backspace to go out

What went wrong?
Nothing yet, I do not update using that web address

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Happens in GoComics.com and Yahoo.com. Is this malware?

Howdy-- Thanks for the report. Malware should be reported via https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_badware/

The address https://chahjarmstrong.org/ (https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=chahjarmstrong.org) does not appear to resolve in the DNS. 

If you're seeing this on a major site like Yahoo, it's either a malicious advertisement, or your PC or browser is infected with malware. You may wish to start by running https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/
