need a way to download raw logs from logdog

on buildbot, you could just append /text to stdout URLs to get the raw stream. logdog could probably just give me a link to the underlying stream or something.

Try:
$ cit logdog cat stream/path > dst.txt

"stream/path" is the path that appears in the viewer, something like: "chromium/bb/master/builder/number/+/path/to/thing/stdout"

Agreed. It's not at the moment, though, and the necessary infrastructure to make it that way is not planned for development ATM.
