Text box highlight in 'Coverage' section is seen weird after zooming dev tools window.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3100.0 Revision f472642fd6c20b63b0f1a2f62564f2aad56f4be3-refs/heads/master@{#471639}
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)
 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and navigate to 'Coverage' section.
(2) Press Ctrl++ to zoom in dev tools window,observe text box highlight in 'Coverage' section.

Actual: Text box highlight in 'Coverage' section is seen weird after zooming dev tools window.

Expected: Text box highlight in 'Coverage' section should seen proper.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60(60.0.3098.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.

Not something we want to handle right now, until we decide to support other minor visual bugs when zoomed in.
