Regression : Entries disappear after selecting 'Group by Domain' option in 'Performance' Bottom-Up tab.

Chrome Version : 60.0.3100.0 (Official Build) f472642fd6c20b63b0f1a2f62564f2aad56f4be3-refs/heads/master@{#471639} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac (10.12.3, 10.11.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and navigate to 'Performance' tab.
2. Hit F5 key to record and evaluate the page load.
3. Click on 'Bottom-Up' tab and select 'Group by Domain' option from drop down list, observe the 'Activity' list.

Actual : Recorded entries are missing after selecting 'Group by Domain' option in Bottom-Up tab.

Expected : Entries should not disappear on selecting 'Group by Domain' option in Bottom-Up tab.

(Note : Sometime only 1 entry is shown after selecting 'Group by Domain' option and other entries are displayed as soon as user scrolls the activity list.)

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-60’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 60.0.3098.0
Bad build : 60.0.3099.0
