What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to "Language and input settings".
(2) Add a language specific to a country; ex "French (France)".
(3) Check the displayed list of languages.

What is the expected result?
Only "French (France)" is added to the list being displayed.

What happens instead?
The language "French" is also added to the list being displayed.
