Is this specific to Chromium build? I downloaded 60.0.3103.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit) from https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/ and I was unable to reproduce the issue there. @reporter: Could you please check the same on the latest chromium and confirm the URL where you are downloading the build from?

Yes, it is specific to Chromium build 60.0.3099.0, that's the whole purpose of mentioning the build version. Did you try the build I mentioned ? Also I did try the latest build at the time and it was happening again.

Happening with the latest build downloaded from here - https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/Win_x64/472417/chrome-win32.zip I won't be downloading anymore builds as I cannot afford to lose another 117 MB just to prove myself here. It's happening in all the lates builds I have tried from the past 96 hours.
