Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #58.0.3029.110 and latest canary #60.0.3100.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Right clicked-bookmark 2. Clicked edit. 3. Observed that the dialog box for editing the bookmark appeared without any issues. pedrohega@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #60.0.3100.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Also if possible please provide the crash id from chrome://crashes for further triaging of the issue. Thanks...!!

Maybe It has something to do with the hardware acceleration options. I tried it with hardware acceleration turned on, and it crashed, but with the option turned off, it doesn't. I also tried on Chrome Canary with a new user profile and I was not able to reproduce it. There is no crash log because the browser itself doesn't crash, it's just that the modal dialog does not appear.
