microphone not working

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to class video

What is the expected behavior?
no sound

What went wrong?
i dont know

Did this work before? Yes chrome windows 10

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

microphone worked today partly through embedded discussion, and internet does not stay connected

plus internet will not stay connected and only a few days left of school  and cant hear my chapter videos or record on my diccussion

Could you please upgrade your chrome to the latest stable(58.0.3029.110) and confirm if this issue is Chrome specific and resolves in new user profile or in incognito mode.
