Refresh and navigation buttons as well as the settings button are not showing on the interface.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Just load up chrome and buttons aren't there. What is the expected behavior? The buttons should be there. What went wrong? The navigation, refresh and settings buttons do not show up (there is a blank space) however the buttons are still there because if I click where they would be it still performs the function of navigating, refreshing the page or opening up the settigs menu. Did this work before? Yes unsure Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

jj.sellars12@ Thanks for the issue. Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, 10 using chrome version 58.0.3029.110.Not observed any issues with navigation,refresh and settings buttons.Able to use all the option without any issues. Request you once try the issue on new profile without any extensions/flags and update the thread if the issue still persists. Thanks,
