There are notable regressions in many (if not all) mobile_memory use cases due to MojoLoading being enabled.

To close this bug, we should have assessed the user impact of MojoLoading in terms of memory and either: justified it (which will re-set the baseline of these metrics) or mitigated it to appropriate levels.
