CUPS Add Printer Workflow: Remove button the "switch" mode button from second dialog

In the "Add printer" workflow, we should remove the "Add printers manually/nearby" toggle button from the left-hand corner of the second dialog in the workflow (where a user can specify printer manufacturer/model).

This button should only be relevant on the first dialog when the user makes an initial decision on setup mode.
