Address bar disappears

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://goratchet.com/examples/
2. Click on an example app
3. Resize window to the min width
4. Hit back

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Address bar disappears.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version: 

I am not able to consistently reproduce this issue but have gotten it to disappear twice now. To get it back, I have to drag the tab into it's own separate window or restart chrome.

Tested the issue on Mac os 10.12.4 using chrome M57 #57.0.2987.133 and latest stable M58 #58.0.3029.110 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screencast for reference.

@michael.fusco3-- Could you please check if you could reproduce the issue on latest stable and provide us the screencast , that would help us in traiging the issue better.
