Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.146 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome OS Version: 9202.64.0 (Official Build) stable-channel link Chrome OS Platform: Chromebook Pixel v1 Network info: doesn't matter Steps To Reproduce: (1) Go to material.money (2) When prompted to Add to Shelf, click Close. Expected Result: The Add to Shelf snack bar goes away. Actual Result: The whole browser window closes. The snack bar appeared at the very top of the screen, so its close button was on top of the browser close button. I don't recall if I was in full-screen/presentation mode. (I don't think I was, but could have been.) How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) No idea, because I don't know how to make the Add to Shelf thing spawn again.

(worse, I couldn't even get to the tabs without closing the Add to Shelf butter bar, so I didn't really have a choice)

I still see this problem frequently in 62.0.3202.97 (Official Build) (64-bit).
