Assigning an audio-only MediaStream to a video element does not trigger events in test runner

Assigning MediaStreams with video produces all expected events, but assigning an audio-only stream does not trigger events such as "loadedmetadata"  and "playing".

This was a problem with the mocks, but we are not using them anymore.
