Dev Tools Local Storage not showing

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a HTML5 page
2. look at the local storage to make sure they show up
3. reload the webpage

What is the expected behavior?
Local Storage items should be visible like they are just after opening the Dev Tools

What went wrong?
Local Storage items stop showing when refreshing the webpage. Closing and reopening the dev Tools shows the items stored.

Did this work before? Yes ?

Thank you for the report.  It looks like a fix is already in the works on Chrome beta, and should reach stable soon.
