Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Run Chromium 2. Open any web-site 3. Compare system time with any time-server in internet. What is the expected behavior? normal time What went wrong? When i run chromium my system time begins to rush ~few seconds per minute of running. it hurries in any web-site usually when i refresh the tab. ~100-200ms in one refresh. Sometimes faster, or slower. Sometimes it runs away on a 10 seconds in a minute When Im not running chromium - everything is all right with system time. Seeking a reason, I noticed, chrome always opens the system register,s branch about timezone It began 1-2 weeks ago and i don't understand what the reason. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.112 Channel: n/a OS Version: 5.1 (Windows XP) Flash Version: Especially fast it starts run with many tabs or/and in heavy sites like www.tradingview.com (charts ) It is very important for me to have exact time.
