Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. It happened while idling, I'm sending the minidump 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? With about 24 windows open, and probably 100 tabs, I can't create new instances of Chrome. Even your bug reporting procedure doesn't specify what to do if everything is frozen, not just one instance. So, How do I create a memory dump of them all? I'm just sending you one of the process that used the most CPU time total. Perhaps it can help. This started since the last Windows 10 update, although even from the last Chrome update, tabs were crashing more frequently than usual. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
