Otherwise, there's temptation to write code like https://codereview.chromium.org/2814843002/diff/300001/gpu/command_buffer/service/scheduler_unittest.cc to bypass the restrictions.

No way!!!! I've been wanting this forever, had no idea it was in the tree since December!

I'm planning to write a test best practices MD, I'll add this to it.
