Chrome runs out of memory when uploading video to Twitter.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to Twitter.com 2. Upload a 1080p60 video (I trimmed mine to about 9 secs) 3. Press Tweet and wait. What is the expected behavior? The video uploads and the Tweet goes on my Twitter page. What went wrong? During the upload, it came up with "Aw Snap", "Chrome Ran out of Memory While Trying to Display This Page." Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Just one tab Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 58.0.3029.110. Able to upload the 1080p60 video without any Aw Snap. Please check the issue once on new profile without any extensions/flags please provide us the crash id from chrome://crashes if the issue still persists. Thanks,
