Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open dev tools with Preserve log checked 2. Refresh page 3. Scroll to the top 4. Search for something that produces results 5. Hold backspace until Filter is cleared 6. Scroll back to top What is the expected behavior? The list of calls on the Network tab remains in the same order after clearing the Filter. What went wrong? The filtered network calls are placed above the original set of network calls. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I don't think this happened before, but it wasn't behavior I went out of my way to pay attention to before I noticed it wasn't happening.

Thanks for the report. I'm not able to reproduce this, the ordering is preserved for me (60.0.3096.0) when the 'Waterfall' column is at its default (ascending). To make sure that there aren't any filters / column sorting enabled, could you try this in an Incognito window?

You're correct, I'm no longer able to reproduce. Sorry about that.
