CompositorFrameSinkSupport should not expose resource references APIs

ReceiveFromChild, RefResources and UnrefResources are not part of the
public CompositorFrameSink interface. Therefore, 
CompositorFrameSinkSupport should not have them as public.

This is at best a stylistic opinion. In cc/viz we prefer making overrides public so I'm marking as WontFix.
