Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome and go to chrome://settings, Change the font size to very large and set Yahoo! India as default search engine
2.Go to manage search engines and edit the default yahoo search engine to a lengthy text (eg: Yahoo! IndiaYahoo! India Yahoo! India Yahoo! India Yahoo! India Yahoo!)
3.Go back to md-settings and observe the search engine field
What is the expected behavior?
Unwanted lines should not be displayed in the search engine field

An unwanted thin red line is displayed beside the search engine drop down arrow
