Middle-click opens all bookmarks in folder

Reported by aniruddh...@gmail.com, May 11 2017

Issue description

Here it is.

I don't have expertise to frame a binary file neither I am sure if it breaches security or not. But here is what I have found-

1) Bookmark multiple pages under a folder in Other bookmarks. (Pic1)
2) You'll see multiple pages in a single folder. (Pic2)
3) Pressing the Scroll button that is present on most of the mouse available in
   market opens any link to new tab as similar to [Shift + Left] Click.

   But this Folder we bookmark in Other bookmark do not act so.
3) The security issue I found was that pressing Scroll button on this folder OPENS
   ALL THE PAGES IN THE ENTIRE FOLDER in new tab(s)

Problems Faced-
!) Sudden opening of number of pages, The Panic Movement!
@) Extreme reduction in bandwidth of current important pages we are working on
#) No UNDO option!
$) Number of tabs make the size so small (Pic3), I accidentally and unknowingly
   closed bank payment tab
%) Expires the session of current work page as takes time to close new tabs.

Summary: Middle-click opens all bookmarks in folder (was: Security: The Scroll Click Issue)
I believe that this is working as intended. Middle-click of a folder is meant to open all bookmarks in that folder.

Yes, this is working as expected.

void BookmarkBarView::OnMenuButtonClicked(views::MenuButton* view,
                                          const gfx::Point& point,
                                          const ui::Event* event) {
...

  // Clicking the middle mouse button opens all bookmarks in the folder in new
  // tabs.
  if (event && (event->flags() & ui::EF_MIDDLE_MOUSE_BUTTON) != 0) {
....
