Cannot add a local file on Gmail or Rutorrent.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.97 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.9.818.49 Example URL: inbox.google.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to inbox.google.com 2. Create new email 3. Try to attach a local file to your email What is the expected behavior? When trying to attach a local file to your email, a window should open in order to select it. What went wrong? No window opens. Nothing happen. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? No chrome, vivaldi - any version Chrome version: 58.0.3029.97 Channel: stable OS Version: zorin 12 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 I guess this is a Zorin specific issue. I contacted Zorin team, but they don't seem to care whatsoever.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 58.0.3029.110.Able to attach files to inbox.google.com without any issues. Request you once try the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable and update the thread if the issue still persists. Thanks,
