Add touch to search again

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
on chrome 46 (Android), it had a feature called tap to search which is really helpful when I don't want to open a new tab to search a word.

it was removed for some reason.

why not add it but disabled by default.

What went wrong?
play store still advertise for it.

Did this work before? Yes 46

Hello

Thanks for your issue. Touch to Search feature is still available. On Chrome, please go to Settings>Privacy>Touch to Search, toggle ON, if it is not turned on by default. Please file a new issue if touch to search does not work even after turning it on.
