Issue description
Generic PCL3 is unusable because the PPD contains a bad duplex value.

It's in SCS. I ran cupstestppd on the file downloaded to the PPDCache.

Should we fix the tool or change the PPD? If we change the PPD, do we need to push that change upstream anywhere?

Sorry, this fell off my list of things to do. I should be able to take a look at it this afternoon. I think the right goal is to have a presubmit test on the repo side that validates ppds the same way cupstestppd does (and fixup any ppds in the repo that currently fail that test). But I'm not entirely sure I like the idea of running cupstestppd directly in that test framework; we'll have to see what makes sense.

No, I'm just working on a fix that includes testing to prevent regressions. It should be done soon.
