When running render tests on the bots, we will be saving the same images over and over again every time we run the test on every bot.

We really should be computing the md5sum of the png files, check if the file gs://bucket/<md5sum>.png exists, and then upload only if it doesn't.

Should be an easy change and will save lots of storage and upload time.
