Chrome sync very slow

Project Member Reported by jnaveen@chromium.org, May 10 2017

Issue description

ENVIRONMENT and STATS
Chrome version: 59.0.3071.47

REPRO STEPS
1. Sign in to Chrome on two desktop clients.
2. Make some changes on the first desktop like adding bookmarks, autofill entries, open tabs etc
3. Check the second chrome client

ACTUAL RESULTS
Changes made in step 2 are not propagated to the other client. It is taking very long time for the changes to propagate (10-30mins)

EXPECTED RESULTS
Changes are synced immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFO
No errors seen in chrome sync internals and chrome://invalidations page

Nice find Naveen! This turned out to be a legitimate server-side issue.
