Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3094.1 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open tab 2. try to cast What is the expected behavior? Ability to cast successfully What went wrong? It reports no device to cast to Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3094.1 Channel: OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Disabling the new remote plugin pipeline with flag fixes the issue of not being able to cast.

I opted out of ASAN to see if that was causing the issue and it hasn't timed out of being able to see the Chromecast so far.

When you're able to reproduce this, please right-click on the Cast toolbar icon and report an issue, being sure that the option to include logs is checked. Reference this bug number in the description, and update this bug once you've done so. We'll take a look, thanks.

Note that the new-remote-playback-pipeline flag doesn't do anything yet. It's a dummy flag to allow switching between the new and old implementations when the new one is being implemented and shipped. Also, the remote playback feature is Android only so far.

I just sent the bug report but it started working again right after, so not sure if same issue and it could have just been a hiccup, maybe an update fixed my original issue...
