Odd: we're clearly under blink::FrameView::PerformLayout(), so I don't understand why the root_.GetDocument().View()->IsInPerformLayout() check would trigger. Based on the stats graph, it looks like a windows-only flake. Punting to layout-master eae@ for triage.
