Track performance metrics for Password Manager renderer |

Issue descriptionPassword Manager handles different DOM events, for example adding/removing new form, same document navigation etc. And some of processing could be quite costly (for example detecting whether a form is visible or not). This bug is created for tracking adding performance metrics.
