Regression: Contents of site detail page of unsandboxedPlugins is missing

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.47 11e144fef00160b11b4149197763e8c4387791fb-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#475}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

Pre-condition: Enable Site settings with All sites and Site details from chrome://flags

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content/unsandboxedPlugins
2. Add exception under Allow/Block and click on Arrow icon and observe

Actual: Contents of site detail page of unsandboxedPlugins is missing 

Expected: Contents of site detail page of unsandboxedPlugins should be seen properly

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-57’ and will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2953.0 (Revision: 438989).
Bad build : 57.0.2954.0 (Revision: 439360).

You are probably looking for a change made after 439038 (known good), but no later than 439039 (first known bad).
