Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://support.google.com/chrome/?hl=en#topic=3227046 2. Click any dropdown and keep opening and closing it. The issue should be clear. 3. What is the expected behavior? For me, I'd expect the cursor:pointer; css property to always be present when clicking the section to open/close it. I'd also expect the container width to always be the same. What went wrong? When hovering over the dropdown title, the cursor:pointer; css property is removed when the dropdown is open and the title is a smaller width. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Simply adding cursor:pointer; and width:100%; to ".accordion-homepage .parent.selected h2" would fix the issue.

It's not so much an issue, it's more just a visual effect that seems wrong to me. If you notice at 0:06 of your screencast the cursor has gone back to the default hover state and the blue border around the element is not the full width of the container. But at 0:07 when you are hovering over the "+" the cursor has it's pointer state and the blue border is around the full container. Does this make more sense? It just seems logical to me that the size of the container would always be the same, as well as the hover state. Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks.

I understand that the "blue border" I mentioned is just a part of chrome and won't appear on firefox, however it still highlights the fact the container width is changing when clicking the dropdown. Also, the hover issue persists across all browsers.

This is an issue with the content design rather than a rendering bug. Unfortunately I don't know who owns this, maybe someone in UI>Browser will know.
