Browser does not crash on clicking bookmarked browser crash link.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.47 11e144fef00160b11b4149197763e8c4387791fb-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#475} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, open NTP, right click on bookmarks bar and select 'Add page'.
2) In URL textbox paste 'chrome://inducebrowsercrashforrealz/' (link to crash browser manually) and save the bookmark.
3) Click on the bookmarked page and observe.

Browser does not crash on opening bookmarked link for browser crash.

Browser should crash on opening bookmarked link for browser crash.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0).
