Regression: Wifi icons of secured networks are not same in 'Connect to network' screen & 'Ubertray' while connecting.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.47/ 9460.34.0  Beta-Channel  Daisy,Candy and Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build via USB >> Go to 'Connect to network' screen.
(2)Select any secured network and try connecting by giving valid password.
(3)While it is connecting,open Ubertray and Observe WiFi icons in both 'Connect to network' screen & 'Uber tray'

Expected:While connecting, WiFi icons in both 'Connect to network' screen & 'Uber tray' should be same i.e; either WiFi icons in both 'Connect to network' screen & 'Uber tray' should have lock icon or lock icon should not be seen.

Actual:Instead,WiFi icons are not same.

This is regression issue as same WiFi icons are seen in 57.0.2987.146/9202.64.2 stable channel Candy.

Note:Issue is seen in latest stable M58 and latest dev M60 as well.
