Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.47 (Official Build) 11e144fef00160b11b4149197763e8c4387791fb-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#475} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12).

1. Launch chrome and click on profile icon at top right corner to open profile bubble.
2. Now, click on person name or avatar icon and observe the focus on 'Edit person' overlay.

Focus is seen on 'Search settings' textbox instead of person name textbox.

seems like the "Edit profile" page isn't setting autofocus or it's conflicting with the search bar?
