Regression: [MD Settings] Person name textbox doesn't get focus on 'Edit person' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3071.47 (Official Build) 11e144fef00160b11b4149197763e8c4387791fb-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#475} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and click on profile icon at top right corner to open profile bubble. 2. Now, click on person name or avatar icon and observe the focus on 'Edit person' overlay. Focus is seen on 'Search settings' textbox instead of person name textbox. Focus should seen on person name textbox. This is a regression issue, broken in M-58 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 58.0.3015.0 Bad build: 58.0.3016.0 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

seems like the "Edit profile" page isn't setting autofocus or it's conflicting with the search bar?
