GarbageCollected class is defined not in GarbageCollected.h but in Heap.h

I feel this is confusing. How about moving it from Heap.h to GarbageCollected.h if possible?

We should think of exposing some header in heap for external use that contains exactly the parts necessary for using Oilpan. The exact defintion of types then depends on how we structure this one.
