The scrollbars on the sync page are custom scrollbars so this isn't actually a bug. I'm not sure why we need custom scrollbars on the sync page though, do we have an OWNER for this page who could decide/update the page?

I'm going to send this to Sync team as maybe they know who could make this change.

Hey, I don't understand what's being asked and what this bug is about. What is an old/custom/overlay scrollbar? How are they different from each other and how are they specified? It looks like you're auditing for something, what is going on here? Is the a doc or global bug that's tracking this that we can read to learn more? Thanks.

the page is being migrated to BoqWeb + Material Design this quarter. The new page will have standard scrollbars

Awesome, thanks! For context, here's the design docs and pretty pictures for the new "overlay" scrollbars: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Lv8MF1pRfAI1k9QMxGADOeONBhB3ZdYwGKx3qsLBxOo/edit#heading=h.hcv0kbyt7evt https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6x6iYCtKinEbVBwQVNtN2tWTXc/view |
