Issue description

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:N/A
Firefox:N/A
IE:OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connecting to external wifi eg at hotel or airport...via Chrome
(2)Going to History log
(3)
What is the expected result?
Connection to wifi after bypassing security quetions
What happens instead? "Google safesites is enabled" and see attached screenshot.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
